Individual counseling and EMDR available to individuals 13 and up.
Billable by in-network insurance or Self-pay at $120/session

Family counseling for families of 2-5 individuals (all members must be 13 and up). Depending on the nature of family therapy, insurance may or may not be able to be utilized. Please schedule a consultation to learn more.

Online EMDR, individual, and family therapy are all available!
The link for video call will be sent by email and is also available by logging in on the client portal. Openworld Counseling uses Sessions, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth system.
Please know that all individuals must:
be in the state of Tennessee,
have a stable internet connection,
and have the ability to use a webcam.

I hold certifications in EMDR [EMDRIA] and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy [DBT-C]. I am also trained in Acceptance and Commitment therapy [ACT], Somatic Experiencing, and Coherence Therapy.

I wanted to chose something that reflected how I see the process of therapy. Openworld represents the freedom of possibility as well as the anxiety that can come with not knowing where to begin.
Openworld is also a genre of video game in which people can explore a large environment with minimal restrictions. This can lead many people experiencing both the joy of exploration and the anxiety of not knowing what to do next.
